This successful, independent estate agency in the London Borough of Richmond currently has an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their top-performing office in Kew.
Our client prides themselves on recruiting hard-working, enthusiastic individuals, and providing them with a dynamic, friendly, and professional environment to thrive in.
Personal specification:- At least 12 months’ experience as a lettings negotiator within residential estate agency
- Knowledge of the local area
- Sales driven
- Assertive, confident, friendly & genuine
- Professional telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this lettings negotiator role will be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance or use of pooled car. Benefits include 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday, team commission, social events, and more!
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm and will get a day back in lieu for this.
