Duties & Responsibilities This Restaurant Manager will oversee the day to day running of this exceptional pub, working closely with a highly regarded Head Chef ensuring the highest levels of guest focus and service at all times.  Responsibilities include: Operationally overseeing all aspects of running the FOH of the pub. Recruiting, training and developing the team Organising rotas and understanding the seasonal peaks and troughs Working to budgets and producing accurate forecasts Feeding in ideas and initiatives to grow and develop the business further as the overall portfolio expands. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have food and beverage experience in a comparable food led business at Restaurant, Food and Beverage or General Management level.  A good food and beverage knowledge is required for this role. You will have a good commercial understanding of how a profitable pub runs and will take financial accountability for the business. As a people focused manager you will be able to demonstrate your ability to grow your team and be comfortable implementing personal development plans.   You will enjoy working for an independently minded group and be keen to go on a journey with them.
