As part of our management team you will drive sales across a range of markets to deliver commercial success and deliver exception events to our clients. Operations: Oversee the daily running of the Events department, ensuring all events run smoothly and exceed customer expectations. Commercial & Business Development: Take ownership of financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue. Develop a calendar of seasonal events to drive sales, working with the marketing co-ordinator Leadership: Train, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Compliance: Maintain high standards of health & safety, food hygiene, and operational procedures. The Candidate Experience in hospitality event management, preferably in sales, co-ordination and operations Great local knowledge  Strong leadership and organisational skills A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and commercial performance TTW is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
