As part of our management team, you’ll help us deliver exceptional leisure and dining experiences, ensuring both commercial success and customer satisfaction. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of restaurant / bar, ensuring high standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness. Leading, coaching, and mentoring your team to create a motivated and engaged workforce. Managing rotas, stock control, and operational budgets to drive efficiency. Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and fire regulations. Supporting marketing initiatives and identifying ways to grow the business. Acting as an ambassador for the venue The Candidate Previous management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar role. Strong leadership and people management skills. A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering top-tier service. Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and financial management. A proactive and solution-driven mindset.
