Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit European HVAC and refrigeration equipment manufacturers

• Conduct technical meetings with customers’ R&D and engineering teams

• Identify and analyse customer needs and technical challenges

• Provide technical proposals for pressure vessels and valve products

• Gather information on new product development projects and business opportunities

• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and technical teams

• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers

Mandatory requirements: 

• Experience in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) industry

• Background in technical sales to OEM customers

• Willingness and ability to travel within Europe

• Strong technical communication skills in English for customer interactions

• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, refrigeration and air conditioning engineering, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, or related disciplines

• Capable of engaging in technical discussions with customers' engineering teams

• Able to understand customer challenges and propose solutions utilizing the company's products

• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing customer visits and sales activities

Preferred requirements: 

• Familiarity with pressure vessels

• Understanding of valve technologies and applications

• Exposure to compressors, heat exchangers, piping equipment, and related systems

• Application engineering experience

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French
