Duties & Responsibilities This Restaurant Manager will oversee the day to day running of this high-profile restaurant, working closely with Group Operations Manager and Head Chef ensuring the highest levels of guest focus and service at all times.  Responsibilities include: Operationally overseeing all aspects of running the restaurant Recruiting, training and developing the team Organising rotas and understanding the seasonal peaks and troughs Working to budgets and producing accurate forecasts Feeding in ideas and initiatives to the Group Sales & Marketing manager to continue to develop and grow the restaurant. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have food and beverage experience at management level in a good quality food and beverage environment.   Fine dining is not essential, this is about finding the right person, but you will be a real ‘foodie’ and relish leading this pivotal restaurant at the heart of the Dartmouth eatery scene.  You will be a confident leader and enjoy working closely with Chefs and offer creativity in your approach.   TTW is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
