The Role This Pub Manager role will enjoy a lot of autonomy to run all aspects of this food led pub with an opportunity to develop it further in the local community and as a destination venue.   You will work closely with the Head Chef delivering good fresh food pub classics and attractive specials sourcing local sustainable suppliers.  You will lead from the front and ensure you have a fully trained team to deliver a high level of customer service.  You will provide the owner with timely operational and financial updates, using the available software to assist with this. The Candidate The successful candidate for this opportunity will need a good level of Pub or similar food business management experience.  You will be confident in leading a team and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking environment.  You will have a professional and commercial approach and manage the business to achieve targets and agreed margins. You must be IT literature and be able to successful use systems to provide timely financial and operational information. You must have experience of running a cellar providing a range of real ales.
