About the role
Job Title: Assistant Countryside Sites Officer
Salary: £24,976 - £26,621 per annum
35 Hours per Week
Location: Worcester Woods Country Park and at other greenspaces around the County.
Team: Countryside Greenspace Team
Permanent Contract
The Role:
This is a key post within a team responsible for managing a range of popular Country Parks, Picnic Places and Local Nature Reserves throughout south and west Worcestershire. A physical, practical outdoor job, the Assistant Countryside Sites Officer will work to ensure that sites are kept clean, tidy and in a good state of repair and will also be involved in managing volunteers and carrying out habitat creation and enhancement projects. You will need experience of working with people and a naturally friendly and positive attitude. Good practical skills and a driving licence are essential. Experience of countryside estate work is essential.
