Our client is a leading Leisure Hotel & Golf Club in the South Devon area and is looking for a talented Leisure & Spa Manager to join this great team. Duties will include: · Leading and developing the team to achieve high levels of guest service. · Working in conjunction with the wider management team, in training and developing your team · Managing performance and recognising personal development requirements · Working to departmental budgets, forecasting, stock control and contributing to overall financial performance adding additional sales where possible · Managing all aspects of Health & Safety relevant to the Health Club & Spa and overseeing and keeping up to date with all maintenance Candidate Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar Health Club & Spa along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be organised, self-motivated, whilst thriving in a team environment. Although not essential knowledge and/or interest in Golf would be fantastic.
