Offering excellent quality all-day dining this is a busy pub and a real focal point of the village. Reporting into the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for running service, ensuring quality and standards across a full service restaurant and bar. Leading a large team of front of house staff and supervisors and supporting the GM with back of house management tasks. The candidate We are looking to speak to candidates who come from a quality service-led background and have experience in a junior management or supervisory role.
