Stepping in as a senior manage to support the day-to-day operation of the business, team leadership and customer satisfaction. The Candidate This is an ideal role for a GM in training, a strong Deputy or AM from Gastro Pubs or Boutique Hotels looking to join a company able to offer good development across the business. Candidates should be adaptable and able to offer all areas of these foodie inns great support. Candidates must be able to travel within the region and have their own transport.
