Front of House Manager – Dartmouth

This is a great role to join a fantastic independent Restaurant and Leisure company in their well established Dartmouth restaurant.  Initially this role is on a fixed-term contact basis but with potential future scope for the right candidate. Starting hourly salary £15 per hour, with the option to move onto a salary after probation period. Initial fixed term contact until end of the year Share of tips 35-40 hours per week Accommodation options available Good career prospects with a growing southwest based group. The Role This role will take full Front of House control for this busy town centre fresh food restaurant.  You will be overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment for the staff. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to have input into the future development of this developing multi-site restaurant brand and the role would suit someone who enjoys working in a creative and entrepreneurial environment. The Candidate This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.   You will have some supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, food and beverage or food led pub environment.  A passion for hospitality and food and drink is essential.
