Purchasing Manager - New Hotel Opening - London  Rewards & Benefits  - Competitive salary of up to £35,000 - Company benefits  The Role  Working for an international hotel group, this new addition to the top-end London hotel scene will be a 100+ bedroom property in the Kensington area. With extensive F&B facilities and Spa facilities, the Purchasing Manager will work closely with all hotel heads of department to ensure a proficient ordering and stock control process.  Along with the General Manager you will make recommendations and decision around suppliers and manage contracts with external companies to ensure the needs of the hotel are met. The Candidate To be considered for this role, candidates must come with a stock control/purchasing background from the hotel sector. Potentially working as a number 2 in a larger hotel, this could be a great opportunity for someone with the right experience and attitude to step up.
