You will enjoy working in a team and guest focused environment, where everyone works together, ensuring the highest levels of service and standards.  With many regular guests, strong communication and interpersonal skills are imperative for this role and this personal vibe is apparent across the hotel This hotel and wider company has a truly people focused ethos, and you will coach and nurture your team, enabling them to develop, take responsibility and allowing you to work on ideas and constantly evolve future strategies. Candidate Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have held a comparable role in a good quality hotel at a comparable 4 or 5-star level and possess good food, wine and cocktail knowledge.  You will enjoy working in a more intimate boutique environment, where you can really get to know your guests and enjoy leading from the front.  You will be a strong motivator who can inspire and train others and in turn you will be provided with any necessary personal development to enable you to grow. You will have a proven track record, be keen to work in a developing property and in an environment where you can voice your thoughts and ideas and play a pivotal part of this property’s future journey. As an individual you will be proactive, looking to develop yourself further personally and professionally and comfortably be able to align yourself with this company’s culture and vision.
