A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to take the helm of a popular neighbourhood pub with rooms in the Somerset / Wiltshire Rewards & Benefits - Competitive salary (dependent on experience) - Share of service charge - Performance related bonus The Role This is a great role for an experienced pub operator to join a small, unbranded SW based pub company at this lovely village centre site in the Somerset /Wiltshire area. A popular choice for diners & locals, rosette standard food and a handful of boutique bedrooms, this multi-faceted pub performs well but with scope for the incoming General Manager to make it their own with the support of a small head office team. The General Manager will have full accountability for the site including financial performance, product/offer, service standards and team management. The Candidate We are looking for experienced General Manger or strong Deputy who will run this busy food pub with a good degree of autonomy. You will play an integral part in the local family community and will actively market the business in the area. High standards will continue to put this gastro pub on the map as a destination venue and you will have experience in a similar quality and scale of venue.
