A fantastic and stylish boutique Restaurant with Rooms is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join their team. This coastal property, in an affluent South Devon town offers a contemporary and relaxed Restaurant & Bar which is popular with residents and locals alike. They deliver top quality and delicious fresh food in an informal environment and have an extensive wine and cocktail list. Duties & Responsibilities As Restaurant Manager you will support the Food and Beverage Manager overseeing all aspects of this excellent quality restaurant and bar. You will train and develop the team which in peak season will mean responsibility for a team of up to 40. You will enjoy a good level of creativity and flare to influence service standards, menu design and food and drink suppliers and overall guest experience which is paramount to this hotel. Candidate Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have held a position of similar responsibility in either a stand-alone quality led restaurant or hotel with a strong food and beverage focus. Volume experience is essential, along with an impressive proven track record and the highest level of guest focus. You will enjoy working with a good level of autonomy and offer creativity and will thrive in an independent non corporate environment.
