We're partnering with an ambitious and rapidly scaling organisation operating within the clean energy and infrastructure sector to appoint a Head of Service Delivery.

This is a leadership role focused on developing people, improving operational performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences across a growing national deployment programme.

While technical awareness is important, this role is fundamentally about leadership.We're looking for someone who knows how to build trust, manage different personalities, drive accountability and create structure within a fast-moving operational environment.

The role

You'll lead a team responsible for managing customer deployments, coordinating operational activity and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a Service Delivery team
• Managing customer-facing operational delivery
• Driving service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Building scalable processes and structures
• Managing operational risk and escalation points
• Working closely with engineering, operations and commercial teams
• Supporting business growth through effective service delivery
• Creating a high-performance team culture
