Factory Operative

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £12.80 per hour depending on shifts. The role of a Factory Operative is based in Harlow.

Shifts for Factory Operative :

• 07:00 – 17:00
• Monday- Friday – Sat overtime

Pay :

• Days from £12.80 per hour
• Overtime from £19.20 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Factory Operative:

• Packing and placing meat across a production line
• Mincing the meat and processing
• Weighing the meat at the halfway point and batching into the correct weight
• At the end of the line putting the meat in packages and vacuum sealing them.
• Able to work under pressure
• Good level of English
• Physically active role
• Have good teamwork
