Job Description:

Production Operative

• Day rate £12.80 per hour / Night rate £17.01 per hour
• Days 6am – 6pm Nights 6pm – 6am
• includes working weekend
• Continental Shift Pattern
• Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Support the Machine Operator with daily operations and job set-ups.
• Assist with machine maintenance safely
• Inspect every pallet for quality issues
• Machine Feeding.
• Follow Order-specific palletisation instructions are followed precisely.

Skills & Experience Required

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
