Reservations Agent – London | Weekly pay & weekday office hours

We’re looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join a busy hotel in a prime London location. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hotel reservations experience who is confident using Opera Cloud and enjoys delivering excellent guest service.

• Weekly pay every Friday, directly to your account
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
• A minimum two-week opportunity with an immediate start

Key Responsibilities

You’ll support the reservations operation, handling bookings and guest enquiries across multiple channels.

• Process phone, email and online bookings using Opera Cloud
• Respond warmly and professionally to guest enquiries
• Accurately record bookings and update availability
• Manage GDS updates and reservation data
• Confirm bookings and process cancellations or amendments

What we’re looking for

You’ll need previous hotel reservations experience and strong attention to detail.

• Previous Reservations experience within a medium to large operation
• Opera Cloud experience is essential
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Available to start this week or from Monday 17th August 2026
• No prior commitments, including holidays or notice periods
• Eligible to work in the UK
