We are looking for a motivated and technically minded Professional Services Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in New Jersey.

Whether you already have experience in networking, IT infrastructure, SIP/VoIP systems, or software integration — or you’re looking to build your career in a highly specialized technology environment — we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on technical role working within a collaborative engineering environment. You’ll support customers, assist with system implementations, provide technical expertise, and help deliver innovative communication and security-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to customers and field engineers
• Delivering remote support for contracted customers
• Supporting the sales team with demonstrations and technical expertise
• Producing customer system configurations 
• Programming and configuring communication and security-focused solutions
• Advising customers on upgrade strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting customers in adopting the latest technologies

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from candidates with experience or interest in:

• IT systems and networking
• VoIP / SIP technologies
• Windows and Linux environments
• Technical troubleshooting and customer support
• Programming or scripting knowledge (Python, C#, or similar)
• Communication systems or infrastructure technologies

Degree-level education or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone enthusiastic, technically curious, and eager to learn.

Full product and systems training will be provided.
