About the role
Sales & Customer Support Administrator, Belfast
£27,000 + benefits
Joining a long standing Belfast based business as their new Sales & Customer Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in Duncrue.
Office based, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm within a supportive team you will be;
- Liaising with customers on product enquires, prices and sales order processing
- Sales invoicing and ongoing customer liaison and support
- Supporting sales representatives
- Coordinating with marketing team on marketing projects
- Sales reporting and associated administrative duties
What we are looking for…
- Experience gained in a similar role
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, use of SAGE or similar is desirable
