Job summary

A fun and varied role working across the East Court café, Boating Lake Café, Theatre Bars and other areas. You will support the catering team to deliver excellent customer service across all catering outlets by ensuring that customers are served efficiently and made to feel welcome.

Job description

A front of house hospitality role working flexibly across all our catering outlets. It is essential that you are a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is friendly, approachable and has previous experience working front of house retail or hospitality. This role is being offered on a casual and seasonal basis.

The hourly rate is: £14.80

Responsibilities

1. Preparing and delivering of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), processing transactions and clearing and cleaning tables.
2. Setting up and closing down of operations at the start and end of the day.
3. Monitoring of stock levels and informing Catering Supervisors / Management when stock is running low.
4. Uphold all legislative and licensing requirements associated with food health and safety including the Challenge 25 policy.
5. Demonstrate solid product knowledge including menus and food offerings. Being able to advise on special dietary requirements if required.
