We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering digital products and services within a complex public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support high-performing agile teams.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive agile delivery using Scrum, Lean and SAFe practices.
• Manage team planning, capacity, roadmaps and delivery metrics.
• Maintain accurate delivery reporting through Jira and Confluence.
• Support product launches and cross-functional delivery initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile best practice.
• Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, governance groups and suppliers.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong track record delivering digital products in complex environments.
• Experience working with user-centred design, product and service teams.
• Strong Jira, Confluence and Jira Advanced Roadmaps experience.
• Knowledge of agile metrics and reporting.
• Understanding of SAFe and GDS/Digital First service standards.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
