MOT Tester/Technician

£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience + Bonus. 

Bury St Edmunds

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with alternate Saturdays 8.30am to 4pm (You get a day off in week for working the Saturday)

Duties & Responsibilities of an MOT Tester:

• Carrying out MOT testing and some service and repair work to excellent standards.
• Communicating with the Manager on test results and additional work necessary.
• Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.

Your Background & Skill:

• Must be a qualified MOT Tester.
• Experience working as a MOT Tester (2 years minimum).
• Current Class 4/7 MOT Smart Card.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
