Fleet Admin Officer

Hiring for a reputed client in Burton-On-Trent, you'll keep things moving behind the scenes-accurately, promptly, and with a customer-focused approach.
* Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week
* Rate of pay: £12.86 per hour to increase to £13.25 after first 12 weeks
* Security clearance: DBS Basic
* Fully office-based
* Parking: Free parking available
What you'll be doing:
* Input and maintain data accurately within the fleet systems
* Monitor incoming emails and respond to queries via email and phone
* Update the Fleet Management system to ensure information stays current
* Handle day-to-day administration with attention to detail and consistency
* Support internal processes by keeping records up to date and tidy
What you'll bring:
* High levels of experience using Microsoft packages, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Financially adept approach to tasks and information handling
* Strong communication skills with stakeholders and customers
* Experience with fleet management (so you can hit the ground running)
* A good team mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively
* An eye for detail
