Junior FF&E Designer (Yacht/Residential)

A renowned, internationally acclaimed interior design and architecture studio based in London is seeking a talented Junior FF&E Designer to join its dynamic team. Known for delivering refined, high-end yacht and residential interiors, this studio offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the most sophisticated and innovative projects in the industry.

In this role, you’ll support the FF&E design process across a range of luxury yacht and residential projects, working closely with the wider design team from concept development through to installation. You’ll assist with creating cohesive furniture, materials and finishes schemes, researching products and suppliers, preparing presentations and maintaining accurate FF&E documentation.

The successful candidate will support the development of FF&E concepts, including mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections and finish specifications. You’ll work alongside midweight and senior designers to help coordinate suppliers and manufacturers, track procurement information and assist with project schedules and budgets, ensuring the design intent is carefully maintained throughout each stage of the project.

You’ll also assist with producing detailed FF&E schedules, specifications and presentations, as well as helping to coordinate samples, finishes and bespoke furniture through to installation. A genuine interest in luxury materials, finishes, furniture and the technical requirements of yacht interiors will be highly valued.

We’re looking for someone with experience in luxury yacht, residential or hotel interiors, coming from an FF&E heavy role. You’ll have a strong creative and aesthetic sensibility, an excellent eye for materials and finishes, and a keen attention to detail. Good organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a busy design team.
