Selective Search is retained by our client, an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector. They are looking for a Global Head of HR to lead people strategy across a fast-scaling, internationally distributed organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own global HR strategy across all regions, including talent, culture, compensation and org design
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning and leadership development
• Lead HR through continued international growth, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions
• Build scalable people processes: performance management, DEI, total rewards and employee experience
• Manage and develop a global HR team

What We’re Looking For

• Senior HR leadership experience at Head of HR / CHRO level within a global, high-growth SaaS or technology business
• Experience operating across multiple international jurisdictions and time zones
• Strong grounding in scaling people functions through periods of rapid headcount growth
• Insurtech, fintech or complex enterprise software background preferred
