Selective Search is retained by our client, an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector. They are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to own global revenue strategy — new business, expansion and partnerships — as the business enters its next growth phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own global revenue strategy across new business, account expansion and channel/partnerships
- Build and lead a high-performing global sales organization across multiple regions
- Partner with the CEO and board on go-to-market strategy and revenue forecasting
- Drive alignment between sales, marketing, customer success and product on growth priorities
- Represent the commercial function at board level
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CRO or senior global sales leadership experience within enterprise SaaS, ideally Insurtech or complex B2B software sold to large enterprises
- Track record building and scaling global revenue organizations
- Experience selling complex, multi-cloud or highly regulated enterprise platforms
- Comfortable operating cross-border across UK/US and other international markets
