Selective Search is retained by our client, an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector. They are hiring a Client Partner to own strategic relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise accounts across the US, driving retention, expansion and long-term partnership value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise insurance clients
• Drive account growth, renewal and expansion revenue across the client portfolio
• Act as the senior executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging C-suite stakeholders
• Partner internally with delivery, product and sales to ensure client success and satisfaction
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support strategic account planning

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Client Partner, Strategic Account Director or equivalent role within enterprise SaaS
• Track record growing and retaining large, complex enterprise accounts
• Strong executive relationship-building and commercial acumen
• Insurtech, fintech or complex enterprise software background preferred
