Customer Service Adviser – Poole – £27,000

We’re working with a well-established business in Poole looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with telephone-based customer service or sales experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships and providing a high level of service. The role combines customer service, account management, order processing, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and build strong client relationships
• Handle incoming calls and resolve customer enquiries professionally
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Proactively contact customers regarding product availability and alternatives
• Promote current products and identify sales opportunities
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders and enquiries are handled promptly
• Complete general administration and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous telephone-based customer service or sales experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using systems, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
