Job Title: Year 5 Teacher
Provide Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Haxey (DN9), supporting pupils within Key Stage 2.
This is a part-time, permanent position starting September 2026, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within a supportive and well-structured school environment.
The school has a strong focus on pupil progress and inclusive learning, with a collaborative staff team and a positive learning culture, making it an excellent opportunity for a Year 5 Teacher looking to develop their practice in a supportive setting.

Primary Teacher role requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting, ideally in KS2
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 5 pupils
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

The successful Primary Teacher will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
• Prepare pupils effectively for transition into Year 6
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
