Job Title: Fire & Security Sales Consultant
Location: Midlands
Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE + Car Allowance/Company Vehicle + Benefits

Are you looking for a Fire & Security Sales Consultant position working in The Midlands? As a Fire & Security Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing B2B accounts across fire detection, prevention, and electronic security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms. You will be working for a leading provider of fire and security solutions with a strong reputation across the UK.

Responsibilities:

● Drive sales growth across a defined territory
● Promote fire safety and electronic security solutions to new and existing clients
● Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
● Manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
● Provide consultative and solution-based sales support to customers
● Conduct site surveys and prepare customer quotations where required
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
● Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting

Experience and Certifications required:

● Proven experience within a sales role, ideally in a technical environment
● Experience in solution-based sales and consultative selling
● Background in fire safety systems or electronic security sales advantageous
● Strong account management and new business development experience
● Excellent communication and territory management skills
● Full UK Driving Licence required
