About the role
Job Title: Fire & Security Project Manager
Location: North-West
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package
Are you a Fire & Security Project Manager based in the North-West looking for your next opportunity? As a Fire & Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of fire and security installations across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle from inception through to handover, including programme planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout.
* Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely, on schedule, and in line with specifications.
* Monitor project budgets, track costs, and produce regular financial and progress reports for senior management.
* Ensure all installations comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
* Coordinate commissioning activities and manage the snagging and handover process to client satisfaction.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the fire and security industry.
* Demonstrable knowledge of fire alarm, intruder detection, access control, and CCTV systems.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA Certificate in Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (desirable).
* SMSTS or PRINCE2 qualification (desirable).
