Job Title: Fire & Security Project Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package (DOE)

Are you a Fire & Security Project Manager based in the Midlands looking for your next opportunity? As a Fire & Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of fire and security installations across a range of commercial, industrial, and public sector sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full project lifecycle for fire and security installations, from initial planning and programming through to commissioning and handover.
* Coordinate and oversee site-based engineers and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with project specifications.
* Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project.
* Monitor project budgets, track costs, and produce regular progress reports to senior management.
* Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant British Standards, industry regulations, and health and safety requirements.
* Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise delays or cost overruns.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fire and security industry, with a track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
* Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems from leading manufacturers.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, programmes, and multiple concurrent projects effectively.
* Experience managing site-based teams and subcontractors across commercial or public sector environments.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SMSTS or PRINCE2 qualification (desirable).
* FIA Certificate in Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (desirable).
