Job Overview:

• General Administration duties
• Answering inbound and making outbound calls
• Assisting customers with queries regarding their orders
• Sales Order Processing
• Updating internal systems
• Updating company reports and spreadsheets
• Acting as a first point of call for visitors
• Supporting the sales team with quotation and equipment requests and any other requirements, such as travel arrangements
• Processing repairs and loans
• Preparing documents and product information
• Following up suppliers & updating customers.
• Raising and updating

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role or environment is essential.
• Must be a strong communicator who can quicky build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience using MS Office Packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• An NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (Or equivaling) is desirable.
