Telesales Advisor (B2B)

Connect Appointments is recruiting a B2B Telesales Advisor to join our Livingston branch on a temporary basis.

With over 25 years in business, six offices across Scotland and England and multiple specialist divisions, Connect Appointments is one of Scotland’s most established independent recruitment agencies.

What’s on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position – 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Paid weekly at £14 per hour

As a B2B Telesales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Making high volumes of outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients
• Identifying and engaging with decision-makers across a range of sectors
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the wider sales team
• Maintaining accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Representing Connect Appointments professionally in all communications

To be considered as a B2B Telesales Advisor, you will need:

• A proven track record in B2B sales or telesales
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A self-motivated, organised and target-driven approach
• The resilience to work at pace in a high-volume calling environment
