FP&A Analyst – MI

FP&A Analyst - MI | London | Hybrid
An excellent opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading insurance organisation supporting the Management Reporting & Analysis function.
The role will focus on delivering high-quality management information, financial analysis and business insight, helping senior stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions. You'll work closely with Finance, Actuarial and wider business teams.
Key requirements:

Variance analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is desirable
Experience within Reinsurance or the Lloyd's Market
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

Key responsibilities:

Support the production of executive and board-level management reporting
Analyse financial and operational performance, including detailed variance and root-cause analysis
Translate complex financial data into clear and meaningful business insights
Develop and maintain MI dashboards and reporting solutions
Partner with Finance, Actuarial and Operations stakeholders, providing analysis and challenge
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and automation
Support wider finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Use advanced Excel, Power BI and data visualisation tools to improve reporting and insight
