We've got a great opportunity for a long term temp role within the Education Authority BT1 2NQ, to join a fast-paced office, working as part of the admin team.

Overview:
- Fulltime Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Long term Temporary ongoing role
- Pay - £16.53 per Hour
- Location - Belfast BT1 2NQ
- Start date ASAP

Description:
Deliverables:
Executive officer General office administrative duties such as but not limited to:
- Supervision administrative staff in the section including the management and allocation of duties.
- To provide administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, intranet and internet facilities.
- To provide advice and assistance to Education Authority officers, customers, the public and other professionals in respect of agreed aspects of the service.
- To assist in the collation of factual data and statistical information from various sources in order to support the work identified
- To prepare letters, minutes, notes and other clerical support to officers as appropriate.
- Customer service (Telephone/directly customer facing).
Experience:
- Have a minimum of one year's experience in an office based administrative role.
