Collection Van Driver – Royal Tunbridge Wells £28,000 per annum + £1,000 Quarterly Bonus + Paid Overtime + Excellent Benefits We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Collection Van Driver to join a growing recycling and logistics business. This isn't your average driving job—you'll be the face of the company. What's in it for you? • £28,000 annual salary • £1,000 performance bonus, paid quarterly • Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours • 25 days' holiday as well as bank holidays • Company pension • Life assurance • Stable, full-time permanent position What you'll be doing • Driving a company van throughout the local area • Collecting recyclable materials from commercial customers • Loading and unloading goods safely (heavy lifting is a key part of the role) • Completing collection paperwork accurately • Delivering excellent customer service at every stop • Representing the company in a professional and friendly manner What we're looking for • Previous commercial van driving experience is essential • Full UK driving licence held for at least one year • Maximum 6 penalty points • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting • Friendly, dependable and customer focused • Strong communication skills • Must be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement) • Must live within a 30-minute commute of Tunbridge Wells to ensure efficient daily operations Top Jobs Group acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
