As a Financial Controller, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. From financial reporting to budgeting, you'll play a vital role in supporting the company's financial health and decision-making. Client Details This is a fast growing company Description • Prepare and manage financial reports to provide clear insights into company performance. • Oversee budgeting processes and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. • Manage and develop the finance team to achieve effective operations. • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: • A strong background in accounting and finance within the property industry. • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). • Proven ability to manage financial operations and reporting effectively. • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance. • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team. • Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
