About the role
Bindery Assistant-Tripple days
Location: Melksham
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10pm–6am
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bindery Assistant to join a busy production team in Melksham.
The Role
You will support the Bindery Operator with the production and finishing of printed materials, including:
- Operating machinery and shrink-wrapping equipment
- Preparing materials for upcoming jobs
- Collating, folding, stapling and binding printed materials
- Supporting the production team to meet targets
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Following health and safety procedures
About You
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
- Comfortable using machinery and handling equipment
- Basic IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible and hardworking
- Able to work well under pressure
- Good team player with a positive attitude
