Job Title: Fire Alarm Engineer

Salary: £40,000

Are you a Fire Alarm Engineer based in Crawley looking for your next opportunity? As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Install, commission, and maintain fire alarm systems in line with BS 5839 standards.
* Carry out routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems.
* Diagnose and rectify faults on fire alarm systems in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete accurate site documentation, including inspection and service reports.
* Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure works are carried out with minimal disruption.
* Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Fire Alarm Engineer in a similar field-based role.
* Competent in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Gent fire alarm systems.
* Experience working to BS 5839 standards across commercial and industrial environments.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA Level 3 Fire Detection and Alarm Systems qualification (desirable).
* CSCS/ECS card (desirable).
