Associate – Flexbile Workspace Advisory

Dove and Hawk are working with this client. Who is a leading commercial property advisory based in the heart of London Bridge, specialising in flexible workspace and office solutions across London.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients looking for office and flexible workspace solutions.
• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking and referrals.
• Qualify client requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings across London.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist with transactions through to completion.
• Develop strong relationships with landlords, workspace providers and occupiers.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire client journey.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Stay informed on market trends and availability within London’s commercial property market.

What’s on Offer

• £35,000-£45,000 basic salary.
• £100,000+ On-Target Earnings.
• Uncapped commission structure with exceptional earning potential.
• Hybrid working – 3 days working from home.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (no weekend working).
