About the role
Senior Business Analyst | Business Change
Salary: Up to £90,000 plus benefits
Location: City of London
Working pattern: Hybrid
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global insurance business for a Senior Business Analyst to join their UK Change and Transformation team.
This is a broad business change role working across Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Pricing, Distribution and Technology. You will analyse complex business problems, challenge existing processes and help deliver practical change and transformation initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
* Strong Business Analysis experience, ideally within commercial insurance or the London Market
* Experience delivering business change, transformation or process improvement initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
* Experience with process analysis, UAT and implementation
* A data driven approach, with exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL beneficial
* An interest in automation, digital transformation and AI
