About the role

Apprentice Administrator – Falkirk NRL are seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join our Rail division, based in Falkirk.The role is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in rail. Having recently been awarded an 8-year contract, this will be an Apprenticeship role with a view of moving into permanent employment upon successful completion of the program. Who are NRL?NRL’s team of Rail contracting experts have supported Britain’s railway tracks since 2001. Working with clients to undertake essential maintenance upgrades and repairs, with expertise including Asset Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing, Non-Destructive Engineering (MPI & DPI), and Grinding. Payroll
COOM Submission
Compiling weekly shift plan
Individual Shift Count
Allocating PO numbers with authorisation
Authorizing contractor leave requests
General administration tasks

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold GCSE equivalent 4 or above in English and Maths
Full UK driving licence
