We are currently recruiting for a Pupil Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Dorking, supporting children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally within a supportive school environment.
The Role:

Supporting pupils with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
Building positive relationships and acting as a positive role model
Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour is desirable
Calm, resilient, and able to build strong relationships
Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location
