Behaviour Support INA – Bexhill Secondary School
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support INA to work within a secondary school in Bexhill, supporting pupils who need help managing behaviour and staying engaged in learning.
This is a specific Bexhill secondary school with a pastoral and inclusion team that supports pupils who may struggle with regulation, confidence, attendance, routines or relationships with adults.
You will be supporting pupils in lessons, during transitions and when they need time to reset. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can remain calm, use initiative and build respectful relationships without trying to be “one of the lads”.
This Bexhill role would suit someone with experience in behaviour support, secondary education, sport, mentoring, care, youth work or SEND.
