Permanent | Full Time

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
1-hour lunch + tea breaks
Saturday Overtime: 7:00am – 12:00pm at Time & Half

Our client is one of the largest HGV and LCV accident repair specialists in the country and is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join their established accident repair team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater with HGV, LCV or commercial vehicle experience to join a large and reputable repair operation, offering a competitive hourly rate, regular bonus opportunities and paid overtime.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs to HGVs, LCVs and commercial vehicles.
• Assess accident damage and determine the appropriate repair methods.
• Remove, repair and replace damaged panels and body components.
• Carry out panel beating, straightening and reshaping work.
• Ensure repaired panels meet the required standards for fit, finish and alignment.
• Work efficiently to meet repair timescales while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow all relevant health & safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work closely with other members of the accident repair team to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently.

Your Background & Skills

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair environment.
• HGV, LCV or commercial vehicle experience is highly desirable.
• Strong panel repair and accident damage repair skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work to deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but strong practical experience will be considered.
