About the role

Make a Real Difference: Residential Support Worker (SEN)
  • Location: Surrey (Own transport required)
  • Salary: £12.75 - £13.65 / hour
  • Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (44.25 hours/week, Term-Time Only)

  • Collaborate: Partner closely with families, teachers, and therapists to deliver holistic, well-rounded support.

Who You Are

Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service, you'll fit right in if you are:

  • A reliable team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Must-haves: Eligible to work in the UK and have access to your own transport (due to our beautiful rural location).

Shift Patterns Available (Monday to Friday Only)

Please note: You must be able to work a mixture of the hours within your chosen option.

Monday - Friday

Varied shifts only:

* 06:45 - 13:30

* 15:45 - 22:00
